UPDATE #1: I want to upgrade this post. Tim, a Director, from Stanley phone me this afternoon to let me know that he wanted me to become a happy customer. After, I explained that his support supplier piled all around my bed, and the things underneath my mattress, charged me an outrageous cost and that they had been running browse this site a promotion for servicing a house/yard much bigger than mine to get $135, he provided me support for 1/2 of everything I was charged ($485), but would not honor the promotion.
I think Tim felt good about his offer. I clearly didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim if my employees treated people and provided service how Stanley had done, I'd have given my services away free of charge and done anything necessary to fix the issue. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim only called back and said he click felt bad about how I had been treated all day and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It is truly kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its employees on customer service and being good citizens.
